analysierst unternehmensweit potenzielle Kapazitätsengpässe im mittelfristigen Planungshorizont und entwickelst frühzeitig tragfähige Szenarien, um diese abzuwenden – mit Blick auf unser gesamtes globales Produktionsnetzwerk
entwickelst unsere taktischen Planungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest deren Ausbau in Richtung eines strukturierten S&OP-Prozesses aktiv mit – dabei moderierst du abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmungen und bereitest relevante Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf
verantwortest die werksübergreifende taktische Kapazitätsplanung – von der Weiterentwicklung der Methodik und Modellierung bis hin zur Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Datenbasis für fundierte Entscheidungen
behältst die relevanten Kennzahlen im Blick, identifizierst Abweichungen zum Bedarfsplan und stellst sicher, dass vereinbarte Maßnahmen in den Werken umgesetzt werden und nachhaltig Wirkung zeigen

schätzen sichere Kenntnisse in der Kapazitätsplanung mit SAP IBP und der Produktionsplanung mit SAP ERP sowie ein gutes Netzwerk in die Produktion und produktionsnahe Bereiche
