begleitest Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in unseren Manufacturing Bereichen in allen HR Themen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
bist verlässliche Ansprechperson bei personellen Fragestellungen im täglichen Miteinander und findest gemeinsam pragmatische Lösungen – von Ein- und Austritten über Versetzungen bis hin zu disziplinären Themen und Trennungen
schaffst Klarheit bei arbeitsrechtlichen, kollektivvertraglichen sowie betrieblichen Rahmenbedingungen, gibst Sicherheit im täglichen Handeln und arbeitest professionell mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen
bringst deine Erfahrung in produktionsnahe HR Projekte ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen bestehende Prozesse und Modelle weiter
