Das Familienunternehmen Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszug- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Um dem Kunden ein Gesamtpaket mit spürbarem Mehrwert anbieten zu können, ergänzt Blum sein Portfolio gezielt durch passende Verarbeitungshilfen und Services. Bei uns arbeiten über 9.300 Menschen, rund 7.000 davon in Vorarlberg am Bodensee, unserer Heimat. Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Marketing arbeiten eng mit weltweit 32 Tochtergesellschaften zusammen. Für unser dynamisches und internationales Team suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die unser Portfolio an Verarbeitungshilfen zukunftsorientiert weiterentwickelt und vorantreibt.
DU
definierst und verwaltest dein Produktportfolio im Sinne der Blum Strategie für den globalen Markt
betreust und steuerst ein kunden- und marktorientiertes Sortiment an Verarbeitungshilfen (z.B. Montagehilfen) zur optimalen Unterstützung der Verarbeitung unserer Beschläge
arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen wie anderen Produktmanagern und Entwicklung sowie Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen
erarbeitest Produktstrategien zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition und Steigerung des Mehrwerts für unsere Kunden entlang ihrer gesamten Prozesskette
analysierst Märkte, Wettbewerber, Trends und Kundenanforderungen und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen und Differenzierungsansätze für unser Portfolio und die Produktentwicklung ab
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Produktmanagement sowie Grundverständnis im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Holzverarbeitung mit
freuen uns über deine Begeisterung für das Produkt und deine Fähigkeit, diese auf relevante Stakeholder zu übertragen
schätzen dein vernetztes Denken, dein sicheres Auftreten sowie dein Verhandlungsgeschick
agieren global – sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft sind uns für diese Rolle besonders wichtig
