koordinierst und begleitest Projekte in der Rolle der Projektleitung und stellst sicher, dass Ziele, Liefergegenstände, Termine, Ressourcen und Risiken transparent geplant und verfolgt werden
leitest internationale Operational-Excellence-Projekte und setzt gemeinsam mit unseren Werken nachhaltige Verbesserungen in Prozessen, Qualität, Produktivität und Effizienz um
erarbeitest gemeinsam mit Fachexperten Lösungsoptionen und Varianten, bewertest deren Auswirkungen und bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die zuständigen Gremien auf
steuerst Projekte im Operational Excellence von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und sorgst dafür, dass Maßnahmen nachhaltig in den Organisationen verankert werden
WIR
suchen eine analytische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Operational Excellence-, oder Produktionsumfeld
legen Wert auf fundierte Kenntnisse in Projekt-, Prozess,- und Change Management
wünschen uns starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude daran, mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche und Kulturen zusammenzuarbeiten
freuen uns über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie über Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, internationaler Projekte
