DU
gestaltest mit deinem Team unsere Prozesse in der Produktion und verantwortest sowohl technische als auch organisatorische Optimierungsprojekte
schaffst mit deinem Team die Grundlagen für die Planung und Steuerung der Produktion - euer Ziel ist es, rationelle und effektive Arbeitsabläufe sowie Prozesse zu entwickeln, um eine optimale, flexible Produktivität zu sichern und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
führst ein Team von vier Mitarbeitenden, schaffst ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld und förderst die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung deines Teams sowie die Teamentwicklung und den Zusammenhalt
sorgst für Orientierung, gehst mit Zuversicht voran und unterstützt die strategischen Initiativen und die stetige Weiterentwicklung des Industrial Engineerings
WIR
legen Wert auf eine technische/betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre, FS, HTL, FH z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung; Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
suchen eine Führungskraft mit ausgeprägter Fach-, Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz – du überzeugst durch sachliches Auftreten, respektvollen Umgang sowie einem klaren Zielbild im Einklang mit den Abteilungs- und Unternehmenszielen
fördern und unterstützen dich in deiner persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, damit du deine Fach- und Führungskompetenz stetig ausbauen kannst

Remuneration
