Did you know that our auditors work in the plants and departments in Vorarlberg as well as in all international subsidiaries? They use their expertise and experience to help us improve our processes.

YOU

  • are jointly responsible for independently planning, preparing, and conducting audits within the Blum Group

  • analyze processes, assess organizational conditions, evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems (ICS), and identify improvement potentials while considering risk and economic aspects

  • willingly take responsibility and calmly and empathetically develop beneficial solution proposals and recommendations for action in collaboration with those being audited and responsible management

  • support the ongoing development of Internal Audits and actively participate in cross-functional projects

WE

  • value a good education – ideally, you have a technical or business education, preferably with a focus on finance, and several years of professional experience, ideally in Internal Auditing or Auditing

  • provide you with the necessary time to get to know and understand employees, networks, and processes

  • engage with each other on an equal footing – therefore, collaborative and cross-departmental cooperation is essential at Blum

  • are a globally operating company – convincing communication in German and English, along with self-assured and respectful interaction, is crucial for us
