Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier- und Auszugssysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Für die Trainings und den Support rund um unsere E-Services suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit gutem Gespür für Gesprächspartnerinnen und -partner.
DU
organisierst Schulungen zu unseren Produkten, E-Learning Module und weitere Maßnahmen zu unseren Produkten und bereitest diese auf
betreust und schulst auch Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter von Blum Österreich sowie von Tochtergesellschaften und Vertriebsniederlassungen
entwickelst für den Kundensupport gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen die Prozesse und Werkzeuge weiter
bearbeitest Anfragen von Kunden und Partnern zu unseren E-Services
WIR
legen Wert auf fundierte Kenntnisse – du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische Lehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
suchen eine Person mit einem technischen Grundverständnis und IT-Affinität
halten regelmäßig Schulungen, auch mit größeren Gruppen – du überzeugst mit deinem sicheren Auftreten und sicherer Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
arbeiten gerne im Team – als Ergänzung suchen wir eine neugierige, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, die Initiative zeigt
