The family-owned company Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems that are used in furniture all over the world. Did you know that we develop mechatronic products and take responsibility for them from the idea to the end of the product life cycle? Besides mechanics, the development of hardware together with software and firmware development represents the core of mechatronic product development.
YOU
lead interdisciplinary development projects from conception to series launch
are responsible for project execution in line with our company's Product Innovation Process
coordinate with internal and external partners or committees regarding content, schedules, and costs
are responsible with your team for the success of the project
accompany your team as an important member to the jointly achieved project success
WE
are looking for a team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment and communication skills
place importance on good education – you have a completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) in the field of electronics, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable discipline, ideally with experience in project management
work together with the departments of "mechanical product systems," "Marketing," our manufacturing, as well as external suppliers and development partners
offer you challenging and demanding tasks, for which you bring knowledge in project management and mechatronics
