Are you an experienced HR professional who loves the whole employee lifecycle? We are searching for a dynamic individual to passionately support our region in a structured way.

YOU WILL

  • advise and support the Regional Director and other managers in the region on HR topics along the employee lifecycle, e.g. regulations, salary structure, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary topics, etc.

  • strategically develop regional HR, identify and prioritize future fields of action and implement the strategy together with colleagues from People Development and Organisational Development

  • set up an HR network within the region Europe West, bridge and balance interests and procedures between Global HR and the HR Business Partners in the other regions

  • recruit key positions within the region and support our small subsidiaries with their recruitment efforts

  • monitor and optimize ongoing HR activities within the region

WE

  • are looking for an expert who combines a hands-on mentality with strategic and analytical skills

  • value your experience: You are an HR expert with extensive experience in the employee lifecycle, e.g. as HR Business Partner or a similar position. Knowledge of the Austrian and/or German labor law are an advantage

  • are seeking a personality with strong intercultural and social competencies to further build and strengthen our network

  • require fluent English and German language proficiency. Any other local language of the region is an advantage

  • expect willingness to travel (your workplace will be in Höchst/Austria or one of our subsidiaries in Europe West)

Legally binding note: The actual salary is above the metalworkers' collective agreement and is based on professional qualifications and experience as well as the Vorarlberg labor market.

Hard work deserves a fair wage, which is why we offer attractive salaries under the collective agreement, top-up payments in the form of a 13th and 14th month salary, paid overtime and a discretionary bonus.
