Blum manufactures lift systems, hinges, drawer runners, and pocket systems for furniture that are supplied to over 120 markets. Did you know that we have established our own team, which is responsible for sales controlling? We are looking for a member for this team who will develop meaningful reports and be accountable for the consistency and plausibility of the data.


  • support the sales and executive management with evaluations and analysis of sales-relevant data (KPIs) and derive recommendations

  • prepare meaningful reports and dashboards in various tools (Excel, PowerBI, Business Objects) and continuously develop standard reporting

  • share your experiences to contribute to and improve commercial processes in the Controlling department

  • serve as a contact for our subsidiaries worldwide and as part of the international sales controlling team, provide valuable support in various projects


  • value expertise – you have a commercial education or a completed degree, work experience in sales or sales controlling is an advantage

  • are working with the common MS-Office programs, Power BI, and Business Objects – initial experience with these tools is desirable

  • are looking for a team player with analytical skills and a structured and independent work approach

  • rely on good communication – therefore, very good German and English language skills are important to us
