The family business Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems for furniture, which are delivered to over 120 markets. With approximately 9,000 employees worldwide, the strategic development of our company is very important. We are looking to strengthen our team with experts in organizational development and change management, who want to make an impact both in Austria and internationally. In our in-house consulting, over 20 people work with a wide range of backgrounds and competencies.

YOU

  • accompany change processes, leadership, and team development as well as strategic topics

  • assist individuals, teams, and organizations with a variety of challenging issues in a national or international context

  • coach, advise, mediate, connect, organize, translate, design, and lead through exciting topics and projects

  • work with a strengths-oriented approach and are committed to optimally bringing people and organizations into effect

  • continuously adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus
