Als Business & Data Analyst bist von Anfang an dabei, wenn aus Anforderungen konkrete Datenlösungen entstehen. Dabei entwickelst du tragfähige und wiederverwendbare Data Products und begleitest sie über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus – von analytischen Datensätzen über Dashboards und Reports bis hin zur Validierung und Dokumentation.

arbeitest eng mit internen Kunden zusammen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und in User Stories bzw. technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen
bringst deine Einschätzung zur technischen Machbarkeit frühzeitig ein – etwa hinsichtlich Datenverfügbarkeit, Datenmodellierung oder Wiederverwendungspotenzial und entwickelst passende Lösungsoptionen
konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst analytische Datensätze (Datenmodellierung und -transformation) als Grundlage für Data Products
entwickelst Dashboards und Reports in Power BI und stellst sicher, dass sie den vereinbarten KPI-Definitionen und Interpretationsstandards entsprechen
prüfst und validierst Lösungen durchgängig, führst Datenqualitätsprüfungen durch und koordinierst Fehlerbehebungen gemeinsam mit Data Engineers und Experten der Quellsysteme
dokumentierst Datensätze und Reports, übergibst diese an die Fachbereiche und entwickelst die Produkte kontinuierlich anhand des Feedbacks interner Partner weiter
WIR
suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Anforderungen aus dem Geschäft versteht und daraus tragfähige, skalierbare Datenprodukte und Reports entwickelt
setzen gute Kenntnisse in Power BI voraus und schätzen es, wenn du bereits praktische Einblicke in Datenmodellierung und Datentransformation mitbringst
arbeiten in einem Umfeld, in dem SAP eine zentrale Rolle spielt – wenn du SAP-Datenstrukturen und Reporting-Kontexte kennst, ist das ein großer Vorteil
legen Wert auf eine klare Kommunikation, eine gute Zusammenarbeit und eine produktorientierte Arbeitsweise
arbeiten international – deshalb setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse voraus (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil)
