Als Functional Controlling Business Partner Distribution bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere globale Distributionsleitung. Mit fundierten Analysen schaffst du Transparenz und unterstützt strategische sowie operative Entscheidungen.
DU
bist Sparringspartner für unsere globale Distributionsleitung, analysierst die Performance, identifizierst Erfolgsfaktoren und Ursachen, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und verfolgst deren Wirkung
entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Distributionsleitung wirksame Steuerungsinstrumente aus der Distributionsstrategie. Dabei definierst du relevante KPIs und sorgst für ein gemeinsames Verständnis ihrer Interpretation, beispielsweise hinsichtlich Schwellenwerten oder typischer Ursachen von Abweichungen
gestaltest gemeinsam mit den Global Controlling und Data Product Teams den Controlling Framework für Distribution weiter. Du definierst KPIs, Interpretationsstandards und deren Nutzung im Management
steuerst Governance und Priorisierung, indem du die Anforderungen der Distribution mit bereichsübergreifenden Anforderungen abstimmst, die Umsetzbarkeit gemeinsam mit den regionalen Controlling Business Partnern bewertest und Prioritäten mit den Data Product Teams festlegst

legen Wert auf die Fähigkeit, wirtschaftliche Fragestellungen klar zu analysieren, verständlich zu erklären und in praxistaugliche Steuerungsinstrumente zu übersetzen
arbeiten in einem Netzwerk mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Regionen und Funktionen zusammen. Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, baust tragfähige Beziehungen auf und erklärst komplexe Inhalte verständlich
arbeiten international – deshalb setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse voraus (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil)
