Wir im Bereich Produkt-Systeme entwickeln Produkte und haben die Produktverantwortung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Als Qualitätstechnikerin und Qualitätstechniker verantwortest du dabei spannende Tätigkeiten von der Qualitätsvorausplanung bis hin zur Serienbetreuung.
DU
führst dein Team im Aufgabengebiet der Qualitätstechnik, hast ein gutes Gespür für die Stärken und Potentiale deiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und unterstützt deren fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
förderst und forderst das ergebnisorientierte Miteinander im Team und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Gestaltung und Optimierung der Prozesse
vertrittst die Qualitätstechnik in den relevanten Netzwerken, Kreisorganisationen und Plattformen um damit die Effizienz unserer Arbeit zu steigern
übernimmst Verantwortung und bist Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Schnittstellenpartner, wenn es um fachliche und organisatorische Anliegen geht

legen Wert auf eine gute technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsumfeld und hoher Fach-, Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz. Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
sind weltweit tätig. Überzeugende Kommunikation z.B. mit internationalen Tochtergesellschaften und Zulieferern auch in englischer Sprache ist uns wichtig
