Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Strategic Pricing ist eine neue Funktion innerhalb von Global Sales bei Blum. In der Rolle als Pricing Analyst unterstützt du uns dabei, Daten verständlich aufzubereiten, Zusammenhänge sichtbar zu machen und gemeinsam mit unseren regionalen Vertriebsorganisationen gute Grundlagen für Pricing-Entscheidungen zu schaffen.

wirkst bei der Gestaltung von Pricing-Konzepten und Konditionensystemen mit und bereitest dafür relevante Daten und Analysen auf
entwickelst Reports, Dashboards und Analysen weiter, die unsere Teams bei Preisentscheidungen über Märkte hinweg unterstützen
analysierst Preisentwicklungen, Kundenverhalten sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen und leitest daraus verständliche, praxisnahe Erkenntnisse ab
untersuchst Fragestellungen mit vertiefenden Analysen, identifizierst Muster und leitest relevant Erkenntnisse ab, um Pricing-Modelle weiterzuentwickeln und zu validieren
sorgst dafür, dass Daten, Kennzahlen und Definitionen einheitlich genutzt werden und ein gemeinsames Verständnis entsteht
WIR
legen Wert auf eine Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung im Pricing, Controlling oder aus einem vergleichbaren analytischen Umfeld mit
suchen eine Person, die gerne analytisch arbeitet, strukturiert an Themen herangeht und Daten verständlich aufbereitet
freuen uns über einen sicheren Umgang mit Daten und Systemen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen mit SAP oder Power BI
schätzen eine Persönlichkeit, die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit lebt, sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommuniziert sowie Themen verlässlich voranbringt
