Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszug- und Klappensysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Wusstest du, dass bei der Auslegung unserer Produkte verschiedenste hoch moderne Simulationsverfahren angewendet werden? Unser Simulations-Team begleitet unsere Produkte von den ersten Skizzen bis hin zur Auslieferung.
DU
übernimmst die fachliche Koordination technischer Arbeitspakete, beispielsweise die Abstimmung von Zielen sowie das Zusammenführen von Inputs aus den Bereichen Technologie, Berechnung, Versuchswesen und weiteren Fachdisziplinen
bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und unterstützt interne Ansprechpersonen aus Projektleitung, Konstruktion und Systemarchitektur
analysierst und modellierst Möbelbeschläge auf Systemebene und bewertest verschiedene Produktarchitekturen und Konzeptvarianten
entwickelst Simulations- und Berechnungswerkzeuge weiter und etablierst belastbare Methoden, um Ergebnisse reproduzierbar und vergleichbar zu machen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine fundierte Ausbildung – du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TU) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Studienrichtung und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklung/Berechnung mit
wünschen uns eine Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Technischer Mechanik und Systemverständnis für kinematische Systeme/Mechanismen
bieten anspruchsvolle und fordernde Aufgaben – du hast Erfahrung mit Bewegungssimulation/MKS (idealerweise MSC Adams) und/oder hast dir bereits eigene Berechnungs-/Automatisierungswerkzeuge aufgebaut (z. B. Python/Matlab/Simulink)
fördern das Miteinander – du bist stark in Kommunikation und Koordination und arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, kannst Komplexität reduzieren und behältst bei Varianten/Parameterstudien den Überblick
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
