führst gemeinsam mit deiner Führungsmannschaft ein motiviertes Team von rund 120 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern
unterstützt mit deinem strategischen Denken, gemeinsam mit deinen Führungskräften, die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Abteilung
gestaltest aktiv mit deinem Team die Abteilungsorganisation und förderst die Weiterentwicklung des Lagerprozesses
verantwortest die Verbesserung von internen Abläufen und das kontinuierliche Optimieren unserer Produktionsprozesse
bist in der Lage, langfristige Ziele konsequent zu verfolgen und in der Umsetzung zu begleiten
WIR
suchen eine engagierte Führungskraft, die gerne zu einem angenehmen Arbeitsklima beiträgt - du bist menschlich nahbar und hast die Fähigkeit, dich selber, dein Team und diverse Nahtstellenthemen weiterzuentwickeln
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung - deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Vorzug im Bereich Logistik, kombinierst du idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
haben eine Vielfalt an Produkten und Technologien - du begegnest neuen Herausforderungen und internen Partnerabteilungen mit Interesse und bist in der Lage, die Bearbeitung dieser Themen voran zu bringen
setzen auf Verantwortung - Gemeinsam mit dem Bereichsleiter und deinen Meister-Kollegen gestaltest du die Zukunft des Werkes mit

Remuneration
