Production

Manufacturing fittings on time in the right quantity and quality so they are available to our customers all over the world on the dot: that's the task of our Production department. Over 4000 employees work in maintenance, machine operation and logistics with dispatch.

Sales

As an international organisation we have an international presence, with over 30 subsidiaries who look after our customers in 120 countries. Our most important task is to make sure they are satisfied and get exactly the products they need – all over the world.

Supply Chain Management

They make sure everything goes like clockwork: Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Transport Logistics set the pace, whether it's a question of supplying Production with optimum materials on schedule or distributing our goods and services to our customers and partners all round the world.

Engineering

Our engineering departments are characterised by their extensive technical and technological expertise as well as a high capacity for innovation. The work here is very varied, dealing with production machines as well as manufacturing and quality, and our staff don't just get their hands dirty with production machines or products.

Hard work deserves a fair wage, which is why we offer attractive salaries under the collective agreement. On top of that, you’ll receive additional payments, such as a 13th and 14th month salary, paid overtime and a discretionary bonus.

Blum in Austria

Blum's roots lie in Vorarlberg: eight of our plants are located in Austria's westernmost federal state, including the Head Office in Hoechst. We feel a strong attachment to the region. Blum is currently one of the most important employers on Lake Constance, with a workforce of more than 6500 employees.

In addition to Vorarlberg, Blum is also present in Austria's capital: our office in Vienna offers a central location right next to the main station. It's home to staff who don't live near Blum's site in Vorarlberg – both employees and students, whether employed full- or part-time.
