Project and Process Management is responsible for two important areas at Blum: our projects, which ensure we are fit for the future, and our processes, which keep us working efficiently.

Leading in new directions, improving where we're at

Projects and processes aren't separate areas – they actually work in tandem and are relevant to practically every department at Blum. That's why we're looking for colleagues who can see the big picture and view weaknesses in our business as an opportunity rather than a hindrance. Our communicative and structured team keeps even the most complex issues in check and passionately tackles every challenge with a smile on their faces. We lovebringing together people of different nationalities and with different skillsets, getting new ideas out there and making the right decisions.

Project management

Projects bring us together and safeguard our future, and project management is what makes it happen. Setting binding targets and applying the right methods are just a couple of the ways we achieve this. We also manage our project portfolio to make sure we're working on the right projects at the right time.

Process management

By focusing on processes, we focus on our customers: both internal and external. Our goal is to keep our organisation productive, which calls for processes that are organised efficiently. We document, continually develop or even completely re-imagine our processes.
