Du verbindest AI-Kompetenz, Automatisierung und unternehmerisches Denken und übersetzt diese in messbaren Mehrwert entlang unserer Investment- und Venture-Building-Aktivitäten.

beobachtest die Artificial-Intelligence-Landschaft mit echter Tiefe und erkennst, wo Künstliche Intelligenz echten Mehrwert schafft, wo schlanke Automatisierung besser funktioniert und wo menschliches Urteilsvermögen entscheidend bleibt
entwickelst unsere Venturing-Prozesse datenbasiert weiter – von Dealflow, Due Diligence und Portfolio-Management bis hin zu strukturierten Venture-Building-Workflows
baust gemeinsam mit dem Team die AI- und Dateninfrastruktur der Unit auf und sorgst für verlässliche Datenqualität, sinnvolle Systemlandschaften und praktikable AI-Workflows
befähigst das Team durch gemeinsames Ausprobieren, konkrete Anwendungen und pragmatische Lösungen, AI sinnvoll im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen

suchen jemanden mit echter AI- und Automatisierungsexpertise, der technologische Entwicklungen fundiert einordnen und verständlich vermitteln kann
