Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Wir haben seit einigen Jahren ein Team, das sich um das Inhouse Consulting für Blum kümmert. Für diese Gruppe suchen wir Verstärkung.

arbeitest an strategischen und bereichsübergreifenden Themen und stellst dabei die Verbindung zwischen Unternehmensbereichen und Projekten her
koordinierst und begleitest Projekte in der Rolle der Projektleitung und setzt Projektmanagementmethoden sicher ein?
begleitest unsere Junior Inhouse Beraterinnen und Berater aktiv in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung
moderierst souverän und hilfst Teams dabei, zu einer gemeinsamen, tragbaren Lösung zu kommen. Dabei verbindest bzw. vermittelst du zwischen diversen Stakeholdern
interessierst dich für organisatorische Fragestellungen mit hohem Neuigkeitsgrad und Veränderungspotential
hast Freude daran, Mitarbeitende aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen zu bringen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und passende Entscheidungen herbeizuführen

entwickeln uns als Beraterteam gemeinsam weiter und profitieren gegenseitig von unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen
