Bist du eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Projektmanagement-Know-how und hast du Erfahrung in der Beratung von Unternehmen, um unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Fachwissen einzubringen? Wir suchen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft Kommunikations- und Beratungsleistungen im Sales, Marketing und Distribution Umfeld (SMD) vorantreibt und weiterdenkt.
DU
trägst dazu bei, unsere Kommunikation an unseren Zielen auszurichten, weiterzuentwickeln, sowie zu koordinieren. Hierfür behältst du laufende Projekte und Initiativen stets im Blick
übersetzt Strategien in zielgruppengerechte Botschaften, bereitest Informationen empfängerorientiert auf und stellst ein passendes Channel-Packaging sowie eine fristgerechte Umsetzung sicher
arbeitest mit Führungskräften und der Geschäftsführung als fachkundiger Sparringspartner für strategische Kommunikation
leitest Projekte und verbindest strategische Initiativen über Fachbereiche hinweg – effizient, vernetzt und mit Überblick
moderierst Diskussionen souverän und hilfst Teams, eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden. Dabei legst du Wert darauf, Brücken zu bauen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projekt- und Kommunikationsmanagement
unterstützen unseren Geschäftsbereich bei der Initiierung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung neuer organisatorischer Themen. In dieser Position erwartet dich wenig Routine – stattdessen bearbeitest du mitunter Aufgaben oder Projekte, die sich noch in der Definitionsphase befinden
agieren in einem Netzwerk mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Partnern zusammen. Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, diese Beziehungen aktiv aufzubauen und nachhaltig zu pflegen. Dank deiner sehr guten Englischkenntnisse kommunizierst du dabei souverän und auf Augenhöhe – auch im internationalen Kontext
entwickeln uns gemeinsam als Team weiter und profitieren gegenseitig von unserer bisherigen Erfahrung
