YOU
train apprentices in the field of basic training for mechanical engineering and mechatronics
independently organize your area of responsibility
share responsibility for the content and achievement of training goals, both operationally and academically
bring technical knowledge and commitment as a team member into daily work
WE
value a good education – ideally, you have completed training as a mechanical engineering technician or mechatronics technician
depending on prior knowledge, we provide a comprehensive training phase where you work independently with your apprentices on their tasks
foster professional and social competence in our apprentices – you enjoy imparting your knowledge to young people
are team-oriented and support each other in our tasks – you are a reliable and open-minded individual

Remuneration
