Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Lernangebots suchen wir dich zur pädagogisch-didaktischen Gestaltung unserer Trainings und der professionellen Umsetzung unserer E-Learnings.
DU
bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere E-Learnings im Produkttraining – für die Bereiche Sales, Marketing und Distribution
verantwortest die methodisch-didaktische Konzeption von Lernformaten über Lernzieldefinition und Zielgruppenorientierung bis zur Umsetzung
unterstützt unsere Produkttrainerinnen und Produkttrainer bei unseren Tochtergesellschaften weltweit
führst regelmäßig Produkttrainings über alle Produktgruppen hinweg durch
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Medien- und Bildungsmanagement oder ähnlicher Qualifikation oder verfügst bereits über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
schätzen deine fundierten pädagogisch-didaktischen Kenntnisse und deine Erfahrung in der Gestaltung wirksamer Lernangebote
suchen eine strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einer kooperativen Arbeitsweise
agieren global: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
