YOU
play a key role in ensuring process expertise at our subsidiaries in the regions, facilitating knowledge exchange, optimisation, and controlling processes
serve as the first contact for (key) users in one region for distribution-related processes (i.e. sales order management, transport/shipping, returns management) and act as a liaison between subsidiaries, supply-chain management (SCM) and IT
conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify improvement opportunities, address gaps and knowledge deficiencies and provide support and training to regional subsidiaries
initiate, lead and actively work on projects/work packages/measures to continuously improve and implement our processes and ensure their seamless integration into operations
engage in interdisciplinary process topics and requirements for the globally active Blum Group and support software rollouts in the role of a process expert
create and maintain meaningful documentation and process models and ensure that your colleagues know and use them

appreciate a precise, goal-oriented approach to work and the ability to successfully collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
value a good education – you have a relevant education and/or professional experience
are a global company - excellent communication in English and openness to travel are necessary.
Legally binding note: The actual salary is above the metalworkers' collective agreement and is based on professional qualifications and experience as well as the Vorarlberg labor market.

Remuneration
