Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier- und Auszugssysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Wusstest du, dass wir gemeinsam mit über 20 Personen an unseren Managementsystemen arbeiten. Dabei stehen wir in ständigem Austausch mit unseren Tochtergesellschaften weltweit und entwickeln gemeinsam globale Standards für die Division Möbelbeschläge.
DU
bist für unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften direkter Ansprechpartner zum Thema Managementsysteme
implementierst und überwachst unsere Managementsysteme im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren internationalen Kollegen - sowohl digital, als auch vor Ort - deine Reisebereitschaft setzen wir deshalb voraus
bist Teil spezifischer Projekte im Kontext unserer Managementsysteme (Qualität, Umwelt und Energie), gegebenenfalls auch in koordinierender/leitender Rolle
tust dir leicht Gesamtzusammenhänge zu verstehen und bist in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte in englischer und deutscher Sprache verständlich in Wort und Schrift zu vermitteln
verstehst es, gemeinsame Ziele in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen, und unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du hast vorzugsweise einen technischen Abschluss (HTL/FH) im Fachgebiet Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Managementsysteme oder Prozess-/ Projektmanagement mit
bieten anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass du eigenständig, strukturiert und genau arbeitest
arbeiten bereichsübergreifend und vernetzt – dabei fällt es dir leicht, dich in andere Situationen / Fachbereiche hineinzuversetzen
suchen ein empathisches Teammitglied, das mit seiner interkulturellen Erfahrung und den dazu nötigen Soft-Skills zu unserer gelebten Teamkultur beiträgt - sowohl lokal, als auch international

Remuneration
