entwickelst und verbesserst stetig unsere Logistik-Services und wirkst in Projekten und Expertenrunden mit
agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Distribution und Kunden und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
analysierst und optimierst unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und arbeitest eng mit dem Supply Chain Management zusammen, um die Einhaltung hoher Standards und effizienter Verfahren zu gewährleisten
stellst die Effizienz durch Implementieren eines geeigneten Reporting- und KPI-Systems sicher
leitest ein Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden, unterstützt deren Weiterentwicklung und förderst eine starke und motivierende Zusammenarbeit im Team
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung: du hast einen Abschluss in Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Business Administration oder einem vergleichbarem Feld oder entsprechende Erfahrung in der Bedarfs- und Lieferplanung sowie im Bestandsmanagement
schätzen deine analytische Vorgehensweise sowie deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Problemlösekompetenzen
agieren global: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
fördern und unterstützen dich in deiner persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, damit du deine Fach- und Führungskompetenzen stetig ausbauen kannst

Remuneration
