pflegst und kontrollierst die Zeitwirtschaft unserer Mitarbeitenden rund um Arbeitszeiten und Abwesenheiten, außerdem unterstützt du bei den Stammdaten im HR-System
bist Schnittstelle zur Lohnverrechnung, klärst Rückfragen und unterstützt im Austausch mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vereinbarungen und weitere HR-Dokumente und hältst Personalakten aktuell
begleitest neue Mitarbeitende beim Start und unterstützt im Onboarding sowie bei HR-Projekten und organisatorischen Themen
WIR
setzen auf eine solide Basis – eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist uns wichtig, erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen ist von Vorteil
freuen uns, wenn du Grundkenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung mitbringst oder Lust hast, dich bei uns einzuarbeiten
arbeiten mit MS Office und SAP HR – wichtig ist uns ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools
schätzen genaues und strukturiertes Arbeiten, Teamgeist sowie einen diskreten und professionellen Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.

Remuneration
