Unsere Anwenderbetreuung stellt den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb im Unternehmen sicher und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der effizienten Nutzung der IT-Systeme.
DU
unterstützt gerne unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragestellungen im Bereich Logistik und führst souverän Fehleranalysen sowie Problembehebungen durch
sorgst durch die proaktive Überwachung unserer Anwendungen und Systeme für einen störungsfreien IT-Betrieb
wirkst in Projekten mit und unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Anwendungen
vermittelst Wissen klar und verständlich – sei es in Rollouts, in Trainings oder durch das Erstellen und Pflegen von Anwenderdokumentationen, Leitfäden und Handbüchern
planst, führst durch und dokumentierst Softwaretests und stellst damit die Qualität unserer Anwendungen sicher

suchen ein engagiertes Teammitglied, das uns durch eine strukturierte, konstruktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise begeistert
legen großen Wert auf eine fundierte Ausbildung – du bringst eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (mindestens auf Matura-Niveau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
sind international tätig – Sichere Kommunikation (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch sind für uns deshalb eine Grundvoraussetzung
