Mit deinem Gespür für Prozesse, Technik und Menschen bringst du komplexe Vorhaben sicher ins Ziel – von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. Du koordinierst Teams, behältst Ressourcen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere digitalen Lösungen in der Produktion reibungslos funktionieren.

planst, steuerst und setzt IT-Projekte im industriellen Umfeld (z.B. SCADA, MES, IIoT, OT-Security) um und bist Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Produktion, Engineering und externen Partnern
behältst Ressourcen, Zeit und Risiken im Blick und übernimmst die Moderation von Workshops, Reviews und Projekt-Stand-ups
verfügst über Kenntnisse von agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban) und klassischen PM-Tools
legst Wert auf organisierte, strukturierte und dokumentierte Prozesse, kommunizierst klar und packst gerne mit an
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung (z. B. Informatikstudium, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
freuen uns, wenn du bereits Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mitbringst, idealerweise im industriellen oder IT-Umfeld
leben Teamspirit: Kollegiales Miteinander, flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege
