Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Junior Consultant im Bereich der Organisationsentwicklung und des Change Managements.

begleitest Veränderungsprozesse, Führungs- und Teamentwicklung, sowie strategische Themen
begeisterst dich für Beratung. In deiner Funktion hilfst du Einzelpersonen, Teams und Organisationen bei abwechslungsreichen, anspruchsvollen Fragen im nationalen oder internationalen Umfeld
kannst Zusammenhänge herstellen und fürchtest dich nicht vor Komplexität – im Gegenteil: Du kannst sie in Struktur und Übersicht bringen
bist bereits erprobt im Ausbalancieren von professioneller Nähe und Distanz zum Klientensystem. Neben deinen fundierten Kenntnissen als Organisationsentwickler*in verfügst du auch über eine Beraterausbildung
coachst, berätst, vermittelst, verbindest, organisierst, übersetzt, gestaltest und führst durch spannende Themen und Projekte
WIR
freuen uns, wenn du mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisationsberatung mitbringst
pflegen den Austausch mit Expertenteams innerhalb und außerhalb der Blum Gruppe – sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und die Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Personen und Kulturen sind für dich daher selbstverständlich
arbeiten stärkenorientiert – du engagierst dich dafür, Menschen und Organisationen optimal zur Wirkung zu bringen
freuen uns, wenn du bereits mit Gruppen gearbeitet hast und auch Moderationserfahrung mitbringst
arbeiten gemeinsam und mit kreativen Ideen an Lösungen

Remuneration
