YOU
design and optimize processes for non-conformity management in production
analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses, and develop improvement measures
define standards, documentation, and tools for the efficient processing of deviations
work closely with production, quality management, and supply chain management to establish sustainable solutions
drive forward the digitalization of processes: we rely in particular on SAP as our central system
WE
expect experience in process design and management, ideally in a production or quality environment
value analytical skills, a systematic approach, and a high level of quality awareness
require strong communication and moderation skills, in for collaboration with various stakeholders. Verbal and written proficiency in Englisch and German
welcome a pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with an eye for continuous improvement
Legally binding note: The actual salary is above the metalworkers' collective agreement and is based on professional qualifications and experience as well as the Vorarlberg labor market.

Remuneration
