DU
bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Prozesse der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung an unseren globalen Fertigungsstandorten
entwickelst Methoden um die Prozessleistung zu überwachen und zu bewerten, um so Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
arbeitest eng mit den Teams in den Werken zusammen, um effiziente und innovative Prozesse und Tools zu gestalten
initiierst, planst, und steuerst Veränderungsprojekte, um damit die Leistung der KVP-Prozesse in den Werken zu optimieren
WIR
suchen eine analytische und strategisch denkende Person mit Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung in der Fertigung
legen großen Wert auf hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit Veränderungen effektiv zu managen
erwarten fundierte Kenntnisse im Lean Management, Problemlösungskompetenz und ähnlichen Qualitäts- und Optimierungsmethoden
freuen uns über internationale Erfahrung und setzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnis voraus

Remuneration
