gestaltest und optimierst Prozesse für das Non-Conformity Management in der Fertigung
analysierst bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Schwachstellen und entwickelst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
definierst Standards, Dokumentationen und Tools zur effizienten Bearbeitung von Abweichungen
arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Qualitäts- und Supply Chain Management zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren
treibst die Digitalisierung der Prozesse voran: wir setzen dabei insbesondere auf SAP als zentrales System
WIR
erwarten Erfahrung im Prozessdesign und -management, idealerweise im Produktions- oder Qualitätsumfeld
schätzen analytische Fähigkeiten, systematisches Vorgehen und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
setzen Kommunikationsstärke und Moderationsfähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern voraus
freuen uns über eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Blick für kontinuierliche Verbesserung
