verantwortest eigenständig die Personalverrechnung sowie die Zeitwirtschaft für eines unserer Werke und stellst eine rechtlich korrekte sowie termingerechte Abwicklung sicher
agierst als fachliche Schnittstelle für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und berätst kompetent in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und wirkst aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen im Payroll-Umfeld mit
treibst deine fachliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran und baust dein Know-how im Bereich Personalverrechnung kontinuierlich aus
WIR
setzen eine fundierte Ausbildung, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung voraus
bieten ein anspruchsvolles Aufgabengebiet, langfristige Perspektiven und gezielte Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Payroll
arbeiten mit SAP – gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse bringst du mit

Remuneration
