Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Strategic Pricing ist eine neue Funktion innerhalb von Global Sales bei Blum Austria. In der Rolle als Pricing Expertin oder Experte gestaltest du gemeinsam mit unseren regionalen Vertriebsorganisationen praxisnahe Pricing-Konzepte und bringst diese erfolgreich in unseren Märkten zur Anwendung.

entwickelst und implementierst Pricing-Konzepte für unterschiedliche Regionen und Märkte mit Fokus auf eine einheitliche und praxisnahe Umsetzung
leitest aus der Pricing-Strategie konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere lokalen Vertriebsorganisationen ab und begleitest deren Umsetzung
gestaltest und betreust Preismodelle sowie Konditionensysteme, beispielsweise für Rabatte, Boni oder weitere Steuerungsinstrumente
koordinierst regionenübergreifende Pricing-Initiativen und stellst die fundierte Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern sicher
unterstützt unsere Vertriebsorganisationen dabei, komplexe Pricing-Themen strukturiert zu bearbeiten und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Data Analytics oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Darüber hinaus verfügst du über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pricing oder in angrenzenden Bereichen wie Vertrieb oder Controlling
suchen eine Person, die analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität verbindet und Pricing-Themen strukturiert in die Umsetzung bringt
sind überzeugt, dass ein fundiertes Verständnis von Pricing-Konzepten und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen ebenso wichtig ist wie ein sicherer Umgang mit Daten, um faktenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
freuen uns auf eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, sicher in Deutsch und Englisch kommuniziert und sich in einem internationalen Umfeld souverän bewegt
