Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Gesamtprozesses sowie dem Projektmanagement-Office (PMO) suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verständnis für Methoden, Prozesse und Best Practices im Prozess- und Projektmanagement.
DU
entwickelst das Thema Prozess- und Projektmanagement kontinuierlich weiter und übernimmst die Leitung der dafür notwendigen Projekte im organisatorischen Umfeld
leitest unsere Entwicklungsplattform für Real Estate Management und bist Mitglied in der Blum-weiten Project Management kurz PM-Plattform
schaffst Transparenz über die Projektlandschaft und unterstützt Entscheidungsträger mit belastbaren Analysen (Projektmanagement Office)
förderst den Austausch und den Wissenstransfer rund ums Thema Prozess- und Projektmanagement und arbeitest mit dem PMO der Blum Group und deren PMO-Netzwerk zusammen

Remuneration
Hard work deserves a fair wage, which is why we offer attractive salaries under the collective agreement, top-up payments in the form of a 13th and 14th month salary, paid overtime and a discretionary bonus.
