Mit den Kundenbedürfnissen im Fokus und ständigem Blick auf die Produkt- und Prozess-Qualität reduzieren wir schon früh im Entwicklungsprozess alle funktionalen und prozessseitigen Risiken für das spätere Produkt.
DU
bist im Bereich Produktentwicklung / Produktsysteme Scharniere angesiedelt und verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Wartung der Vorgaben zur Absicherung der Qualität unserer Komponenten im Technologiebereich Stanzen Kleinteile
kümmerst dich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherungstechnik um Optimierungsthemen
begleitest unsere Produktentwicklung in der Umsetzung der Komponenten aus Stahl und entwickelst die entsprechenden Prüfkonzepte für die Herstellung und Beschaffung
kennst die entsprechenden Q-Werkzeuge (Prüfplanung, SPC, Statistik...) und bringst Erfahrung in deren Anwendung mit

legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/UNI) oder eine technische Lehre mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
suchen einen erfahrenen Techniker, eine Technikerin mit analytischen & organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Begeisterung für das Thema Qualität und Stanztechnik
arbeiten in Teams, wo wir sicheres Auftreten, Empathie und Verhandlungsgeschick als Voraussetzung für ein angenehmes Gesprächsklima sehen
schätzen selbstständiges Arbeiten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
