DU
führst, planst und motivierst ein Team von Hauswarten und sorgst für eine bedarfsgerechte Einsatzplanung
koordinierst die Annahme, Priorisierung und Eskalation von Störmeldungen sowie die Kommunikation mit den Fertigungseinheiten
unterstützt bei Fehlersuchen, Reparaturen und Inbetriebnahmen und stellst die Qualität der Maßnahmen sicher
arbeitest kontinuierlich an Prozessen und Technologien, um gemeinsam im Team aktiv Verbesserungen zu gestalten
WIR
legen Wert auf eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
bieten dir anspruchsvolle und fordernde Aufgaben, deshalb ist Erfahrung in der Führung und im Facilitymanagement von Vorteil

Remuneration
