Du möchtest die globale Pricing-Agenda von Blum gestalten? Als Teamleiter Strategic Pricing verantwortest du unsere globalen Pricing-Aktivitäten, baust das Strategic-Pricing-Team auf und vernetzt die Pricing-Expertise unserer Regionen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen setzt du unsere Strategie konsequent um und trägst damit wesentlich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

verantwortest die strategische Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unserer globalen Pricing Initiativen
baust das Strategic-Pricing-Team auf, führst es und stärkst unsere globale Pricing-Community über alle Regionen hinweg
konzipierst und verantwortest globale Pricing-Frameworks, Methoden und Tools gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Vertrieb und Produktmanagement
gestaltest unsere globalen Pricing-Prozesse und baust gemeinsam mit unserem Controlling ein Reporting auf
WIR
schätzen fundierte Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen B2B-Umfeld mit, idealerweise in Pricing, Commercial Excellence oder Beratung
arbeiten über Funktionen und Ländergrenzen hinweg: Du hast bereits erfolgreich organisationsübergreifende Initiativen oder Programme in einem internationalen Umfeld geleitet
glauben, dass starke Teams durch gute Führung wachsen: Du coachst und entwickelst Menschen mit Begeisterung und hast Lust, ein wachsendes Pricing-Team aufzubauen
schätzen analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke: Du arbeitest souverän mit komplexen Daten und leitest daraus fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen ab
gestalten mit Überzeugungskraft: Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf, bringst Stakeholder an einen Tisch und treibst komplexe Themen voran
denken und handeln global: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
