Wusstest du, dass Blum ein eigenes UX / UI-Team hat, das sich intensiv darum kümmert, benutzerfreundliche Software zu design? Dieses Team unterstützt unser Martketing mit Anwendungen wie bspw. E-Commerce, Online-Konfiguratoren u.ä.
DU
gestaltest benutzerfreundliche Interfaces für Desktop- bzw. Mobilanwendungen und verantwortest dabei Research, Konzeption, Design, Prototyping und Testing dieser digitalen Produkte
führst Usability-Tests durch und leitest daraus umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung dieser Softwareprodukte ab
analysierst Markt- und Nutzerbedürfnisse, sammelst Feedback und integrierst diese Informationen in die Softwarelösungen
arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement, unserer Softwareentwicklung sowie externen Agenturen zusammen, um Konzepte in reale Lösungen zu überführen
bringst Interesse und bestenfalls Erfahrung im Bereich KI-Anwendungen im UX-Kontext mit

legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung - du bringst min. 2-3 Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung (mit dem Tool Figma) und/oder eine einschlägige Ausbildung (z. B. Mediendesign) mit

schätzen deine Kommunikationsstärke und Präsentationsfähigkeit, um Designentscheidungen klar begründen zu können
