begleitest toleranzrelevante Themen (Schnittstellenanforderung, Montagekonzepte, Referenzsysteme) von der Konzeptphase bis in die Serienproduktion mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus bis hin zum End of Life
führst statistische Toleranzrechnungen und Sensitivitätsanalysen durch und bist für die Entwicklung neuer Standards zur Tolerierung von Bauteilen in der Konstruktionsphase zuständig
bewertest die Risiken im Bereich Toleranzmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Projektteam
übernimmst die fachliche Entwicklung des Toleranzmanagements bei Blum
WIR
legen Wert auf ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH/TU mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugbau o.Ä.) oder eine einschlägige technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau) mit Berufserfahrung
suchen ein Teammitglied, das sich für Toleranzmanagement begeistert und Grundkenntnisse zu Fertigungsverfahren und Fertigungstechnologien in Kunststoffspritzguss und Metallverarbeitung besitzt
legen Wert auf eine gute Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld
haben ein junges Team von Toleranzmanagern – idealerweise kennst du dich mit Vergabe von Referenzpunktsystemen, in der Anwendung von Form- und Lagetoleranzen sowie dem Umgang mit Normen aus
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
