entwickelst gemeinsam mit Konstrukteurinnen und Konstrukteuren neue Produkte und bringst deine Ideen von Anfang an ein
begleitest unsere Produkte als Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und Lieferanten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
realisierst und testest Funktionsmuster sowie Prototypen und setzt dabei auch konventionelle Bearbeitungsmaschinen ein
analysierst Rückmeldungen aus dem Markt und aus unseren Prozessen und verbesserst daraus unsere Produkte laufend weiter
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute technische Ausbildung – du hast eine HTL, Fachschule oder Lehre, zum Beispiel im Bereich Werkzeugbau- oder Maschinenbautechnik, abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung mit
suchen ein Teammitglied, das offen auf andere zugeht und aktiv zu unserer Teamkultur beiträgt
schätzen handwerkliches Geschick und Freude daran, neue technische Herausforderungen pragmatisch zu lösen
freuen uns über analytisches Denken und Interesse daran, Qualität nachhaltig zu gestalten
