Blum entwickelt Klappen-, Scharnier- und Auszugssysteme für Möbel, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Als Business Development Manager bei Blum machst du aus Ideen belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Du erkennst Geschäftschancen, bewertest Markt- und Kundenpotenziale und entwickelst Business Cases, die zeigen, ob und wie neue Ansätze für Blum wirtschaftlich sinnvoll weiterverfolgt werden können.

verstehst Kunden-, Markt- und Userbedürfnisse und leitest daraus Chancen für neue oder weiterentwickelte Lösungen ab
entwickelst und bewertest mögliche Geschäftsmodelle und zeigst Chancen, Risiken und Erfolgsfaktoren transparent auf
arbeitest Business Cases aus – von der ersten Hypothese über die wirtschaftliche Bewertung bis hin zur Entscheidungsgrundlage
befasst dich mit Investmentszenarien, prüfst unterschiedliche Handlungsoptionen und stimmst dich dazu eng mit Fachabteilungen wie Produktmanagement, Technik und Vertrieb ab
übernimmst Verantwortung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse in Workshops, Strategietagungen und Managementreports
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder eine höhere wirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development mit
bieten dir anspruchsvolle und fordernde Aufgaben – du bringst ein analytisches, konzeptionelles und vernetztes Denken mit, ein technisches Verständnis ist dabei von Vorteil
treffen fundierte Entscheidungen – nicht jedes Projekt wird weiterverfolgt; du kannst Chancen realistisch bewerten und auch mit „Brake“-Entscheidungen professionell umgehen
suchen eine Person mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einem Gespür für wirtschaftliche Trends und Einflüsse
agieren global – sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
