Das Ziel des Business Developments ist die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, Services und Geschäftsmodelle. verantwortest die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von qualitativer und quantitativer Marktforschung
verfügst über ein offenes Mindset und hast Freude daran, bestehende Hypothesen zu hinterfragen
übersetzt Daten, Beobachtungen und Insights in klare Erkenntnisse und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
entwickelst Marktforschungsansätze, Panels und Methoden national und international weiter
interagierst professionell mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder eine höhere wirtschaftliche Ausbildung und fundierte Erfahrung in der Marktforschung, Consumer Research oder Business Development mit starkem Research-Fokus
schätzen deine analytischen Kompetenzen sowie den sicheren Umgang mit qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden
legen Wert auf deine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
agieren global: sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
