Unsere Social-Media-Kanäle sind ein wichtiger Teil unserer globalen Markenkommunikation. Um Inhalte mit strategischem Weitblick wirkungsvoll zu gestalten, suchen wir eine kreative Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischem Geschick und Begeisterung für Contenterstellung.
DU
entwickelst und verantwortest unsere globale Social-Media-Kommunikation von der strategischen sowie redaktionellen Planung über die kanalgerechte Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Content bis zur laufenden Optimierung
erstellst authentischen Content in Text, Bild und Video inklusive professioneller Briefings und steuerst unser internes Content-Team bei der professionellen Umsetzung größerer Produktionen
stellst eine konsistente Markenkommunikation und hohe Content-Qualität über alle Kanäle hinweg sicher und analysierst relevante Kennzahlen, leitest daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und beobachtest relevante Trends
koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Ländereinheiten, berätst interne Stakeholder und entwickelst gemeinsame Prozesse und Standards für die globale Social-Media-Arbeit weiter
WIR
legen Wert auf deine Expertise: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social Media Management mit und überzeugst durch dein Gespür für Storytelling und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
schätzen dein Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie deine ausgeprägten Moderationsfähigkeiten und diplomatisches Geschick im Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern
legen Wert auf deine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und bieten dir die Möglichkeit, unsere globale Social-Media-Kommunikation nachhaltig mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
agieren global: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir daher voraus
