Ziel des Business Development ist die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, Services und Geschäftsmodelle. DU
analysierst Märkte und Wettbewerber, hinterfragst bestehende Hypothesen und machst aus Daten und Beobachtungen klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen
beschaffst und steuerst externe Marktdaten und arbeitest mit Marktforschungsinstituten und Dienstleistern zusammen
übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein eigenes strategisches Themenfeld, entwickelst erste Hypothesen weiter und führst das Thema bis zu einer klaren Entscheidung
arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Business Development sowie mit Produktmanagement, Verkauf und unseren internationalen Märkten zusammen
WIR
legen Wert auf eine fundierte akademische Ausbildung – du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen
suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Berufserfahrung in Marktforschung, Produktmanagement, Verkauf, Strategie, Beratung oder Business Development, die analytisch und präzise mit Daten arbeitet, qualitative und quantitative Marktforschungsmethoden sicher einsetzt und Themen zu einer Entscheidung führt
legen Wert auf deine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
agieren global: sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
