The family-owned company Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems that are installed in furniture all over the world. Did you know that our manufacturing technology consists of 3 areas for basic manufacturing, assembly, and component production? Our experts deal with a wide range of topics - from apprentice training to tool design, from mechanical engineering to control technology and machining.

YOU

  • design and implement the metrological component of our testing and experimental setups

  • define the hardware for the entire measurement chain

  • create the software for measurement data acquisition, processing, and visualization and are responsible for its commissioning

  • collaborate closely with colleagues from the product development, quality assurance, and mechanical design departments and support them in interpreting measurement results

WE

  • value a good technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable area

  • work with the programs LabVIEW and Python, with which you ideally are familiar

  • place great importance on an independent, structured work style and good collaboration in different project teams

  • are internationally connected - good English skills are important to us
