sorgst für den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär (HKLS) sowie der gesamten Gebäudetechnik
koordinierst externe Dienstleister und begleitest Wartungs-, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
dokumentierst alle relevanten Tätigkeiten und Anlagendaten in unserem digitalen Instandhaltungssystem
bringst dich als technischer Allrounder bei vielfältigen Aufgaben rund um unsere Gebäude und technischen Anlagen ein

legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du hast eine Ausbildung als HKLS-Techniker, Installations- und Gebäudetechniker, Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Sanitärtechniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
bieten dir abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und technischer Gebäudeinstandhaltung
