DU
führst ein Team von rund 10 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern fachlich und personell
bist mit deinem Team für die Planung und Entwicklung von logistischen Einrichtungen mit internen und externen Partnern auch im internationalen Umfeld verantwortlich
hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Entwicklung von automatischen Lager- und Transportsystemen
unterstützt mit deinem strategischen Denken die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams und deren Arbeitsabläufe
besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich mit technischen Themen auseinander zu setzen und die Bereitschaft, eine Expertise in neuen Bereichen und Technologien aufzubauen

suchen eine engagierte Führungskraft, die gerne zu einem angenehmen Arbeitsklima beiträgt - du bist menschlich nahbar und hast die Fähigkeit, dich selber, dein Team und diverse Nahtstellenthemen weiterzuentwickeln
legen Wert auf eine gute technische Ausbildung - deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektierung von automatischen Lager- und Transportsystemen kombinierst du besten Falls mit Führungserfahrung
